Team · advisory board
An information advantage.
Our advisory board is made of former operators: finance chiefs, engineering leaders, scientists and founders. They hear about companies before the market does, sit in diligence on the businesses they know best, and tell us when to walk away.

Who we are
A venture capital group for the late stage.
An advisory board of former operators — finance chiefs, engineering leaders, scientists and founders — and a method first run in Midas I, now applied in Midas II.
What we do
We look for companies with real revenue, real customers and a visible path to liquidity, rather than pre-revenue stories.
Who we serve
Family offices, institutions and experienced individuals with a long horizon who accept the risks of private markets.
How we are organised
Each investment is made through its own vehicle. Investors see their positions and documents in the CrossWork portal.

Method
Three steps, repeated
- 01
Look where operators look
Board members tell us which companies the people doing the work already rely on.
- 02
Diligence with people who ran it
Former finance chiefs, engineering leaders and scientists sit in diligence on the businesses they know best.
- 03
Access follows trust
An introduction from someone a founder trusts is what opens the door.
CrossWork became a Cerebras shareholder in 2023. In May 2026 its IPO raised $5.6B at $185 a share, the largest US tech IPO since Uber. Midas I held AuditBoard before its sale. In 2024 Hg acquired it for $3B+, the largest such purchase of 2024 at the time.
